This site is operated by Corby's Customs, a custom 4WD interior workshop based in Bunbury, Western Australia. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site or place an order.
2. Products & Pricing
All products listed on this site are designed, manufactured and shipped from our workshop in Bunbury, WA. We reserve the right to update product specifications, descriptions, images and pricing at any time without prior notice.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are separate from product pricing.
We make every effort to ensure that product colours, dimensions and finishes are accurately represented. However, slight variations may occur due to screen calibration, lighting and the handmade nature of our products.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to):
- Errors in pricing, product description or stock availability
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised use of payment methods
- Inability to ship to your address
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we begin production or dispatch.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay (4 interest-free payments).
Payment is required in full at the time of order. All transactions are processed via secure third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
5. Delivery
Production lead times are clearly displayed on each product page. Standard lead times: Single products and Essentials Kits 3 to 4 weeks. Door Trims and Full Interior Bundles 6 to 8 weeks.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch from our workshop. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control. See our Shipping Info page for full details.
6. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
The majority of our products are made to order based on the specifications you choose at checkout (vehicle model, stitching, colour, materials, etc.).
Once production commences on a made-to-order item, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded except in the case of manufacturing defects. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order.
⚠ Important: Custom interior products (steering wheels, panic straps, embroidered pods, special colour combinations) are excluded from change-of-mind returns under our Returns Policy.
7. Warranty
All our products are covered by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee. This covers manufacturing defects, stitching failure, leather seam separation and CNC board defects under normal use.
Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude or limit those rights.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. In summary:
- Defective products are covered for full refund or replacement
- Made-to-order and custom items cannot be returned for change of mind
- Stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition (restocking fee may apply)
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Corby's Customs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our products or website. This includes (but is not limited to) loss of profits, loss of vehicle use, damage to other vehicle components, or personal injury arising from improper installation.
Many of our products modify components related to vehicle safety systems (including airbag covers, steering wheel components and door trims that interact with side-impact systems). Installation must be performed by a qualified automotive technician. Improper installation may compromise vehicle safety systems and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including text, images, product designs, logos, photographs and video) is the property of Corby's Customs and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
We are committed to resolving any concerns directly. Please contact us first so we can address any issues before any formal dispute resolution.

Corby's Customs reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
