  • Shipping carriers: Australia Post, Star Track, TNT (to deliver your order)
  • Email service providers: Klaviyo, Shopify Email (for transactional and marketing emails if opted in)
  • Analytics providers: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (for anonymous browsing analytics)

8. Marketing Communications

If you have opted in to receive marketing emails (new products, sales, build features), you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) which we are required to send.

9. Children's Privacy

Our products and site are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and some analytics providers (Google, Meta) operate servers outside Australia, including the United States, Canada and the European Union. By using our site, you consent to your information being processed in these jurisdictions, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or a site notice.
