Common Questions

Does the guarantee transfer if I sell my 4WD?

No. The guarantee is tied to the original buyer and order number. We can't honour claims from second-hand buyers.

What counts as normal wear and tear?

Leather softening over years of use. Slight colour patina. Minor surface marks from regular handling. These are signs of a product being used and lived with, not faults.

Do I need to send the product back to make a claim?

Most of the time, no. A clear set of photos is enough. If the issue needs hands-on inspection, we'll arrange return shipping at our cost.

How long does a warranty repair take?

Typically 2 to 3 weeks once we receive the product. Same workshop, same crew, no shortcuts even for warranty work.

What if my installer damaged the product during fitting?

Installation damage isn't covered. We recommend using a qualified automotive trimmer or installer for fitment. If you're unsure, ask us for a referral in your area.
